Working principle: CVM collects individual cell voltage or total stack voltage signals and sends them to the fuel cell system controller. By checking the individual cell voltage signals, the working status of the fuel cell is determined.

High precision measurement: High voltage optocoupler technology is used to achieve signal isolation, and high-precision signal conditioning circuits are designed to reduce measurement errors and ensure the accuracy of voltage signals for each individual chip.
Flexible installation: adopting hardware modular design technology, supporting multi module horizontal and vertical cascading installation methods, and designing corresponding numbers of inspection devices according to user needs.
Real time monitoring and analysis: It can collect the voltage values of all single cells in the fuel cell stack in real time, perform real-time analysis and processing, and obtain the maximum, minimum, and average values of the single cell voltage. It can also distinguish the internal humidity of the stack through data group analysis, and achieve real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the stack.
AC impedance detection: Some CVMs have fully self-developed AC impedance detection functions, supporting real-time measurement of voltage and impedance of all channel fuel cell stacks, and mastering the differences in internal health status of fuel cell stacks.
Data Communication and Storage: Equipped with communication interfaces such as CAN, 485, or Ethernet, it can exchange information with other systems and also has data storage and real-time query functions.
