As a key component of the hydrogen fuel cell engine system, DC/DC converter is used to boost the low-voltage DC output from the fuel cell into high-voltage DC output, providing electric energy to the EV and charging power battery at the same time.

  • The input and output are electrically isolated

    Isolated type: The insulation monitoring threshold value on the fuel cell system side and the high voltage power battery side can be set separately without affecting each other, which can well protect the fuel cell and vehicle power battery ;

    Isolated type: with short circuit protection.

  • Resonant soft switching technology

    Isolated type: Rated efficiency is 95%

    Non-isolated type: SiC is used as the core component, and the average efficiency is ≥98%.

  • Fast and good system transient response

    With a good capability of dynamic regulation, it can adapt to the large fluctuation range of the load and fulfill the maneuverability requirements of the fuel cell vehicles.
